Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery (based on the last updated shipping date). This return policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from kukirindirect.com.
Return Process:
- Before returning a product, please fill out and send the return form. It is recommended to include photos or videos showing the product’s damage.
- Upon approval by Kukirin, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return address.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free items. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged.
- Return shipments must be made within 7 days, and the tracking number and tracking link must be provided to Kukirin. Otherwise, the request will be considered expired.
Cancellation:
- Order Not Shipped (Cancellation): If your order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your account within 14 business days of receiving your refund request form.
- Order Shipped (Cancellation): If the order has been shipped and cannot be intercepted, please contact our support team. After receiving the package, initiate the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Pre-order and Cancellation of Pre-order:
For pre-orders, payment will be processed immediately. Payment will not be delayed regardless of the expected shipping date. The refund process will follow the same steps as outlined above.
Return of Used Products:
We do not accept returns on used products unless they are damaged or faulty under extreme circumstances.

Please refer to the return and refund policy of the respective platform or seller. For specific terms and conditions, please contact the seller directly.
