Warranty Policy
KuKirin is committed to providing high-quality products, with all items undergoing strict inspection before leaving the factory. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly. If you did not order from kukirindirect.com, please contact your original seller to resolve your issue.
KuKirin provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (6 months for the battery). We are responsible for troubleshooting and will provide free repairs or replacement parts to resolve the issue, excluding damage caused by personal behavior, misuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., riding in wet environments, dropping the scooter).
Note: Consumable parts such as inner tubes, tires, brake discs/pads, and fenders are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.
KuKirin provides the following solutions:
1. We will send replacement parts by standard mail and guide you through the installation.
2. Within 7 days of delivery, we will replace scooters with material/workmanship defects.
3. We will replace defective components with equivalent ones matching the original performance.
4. For EU customers, if remote diagnosis and repair are not possible, we will provide repair services.
In such cases, KuKirin bears all repair and shipping costs.
If a quality issue arises between day 14 and 12 months, parts are free, but shipping is at the customer’s expense.
After the warranty period, customers shall bear all costs related to replacement parts, including parts and shipping fees.
Worn parts (e.g., tires, brakes) that are not defective upon delivery must be purchased and replaced by the customer.
Battery Range Disclaimer:
The stated range is based on tests with a 60kg rider, 25°C, average speed 25km/h on flat city roads. Actual range may vary due to rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding habits. Deviation between actual and stated range is normal. If the reduced range is due to a battery defect, we will take responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Process:
Step 1: Contact us with order number and photos/videos.
Step 2: After confirmation, we’ll send replacement parts or arrange repair.
Simple issues will be solved with shipped parts and guides; complex ones may require returning the product to our service center for repair.
Warranty Exclusions:
1. Unauthorized repairs/modifications, or use of non-original/incompatible parts.
2. Use against manual instructions, like overloading, continuous climbing, or rough roads.
3. Water damage from riding in rain, over 4cm depth, or prolonged humidity/dust exposure.
4. Accidents like drops, collisions, natural disasters, or improper transport/storage.
5. Loss or theft.
6. Natural wear and tear of consumable parts that are not defective upon delivery.
7. Expired warranty or no valid proof of purchase.
8. Second-hand, resold, gifted, or non-kukirindirect.com purchases.
9. Missing/altered serial numbers or marks.
10. Faults from unofficial firmware/software.
11. Improper use, traffic law violations, or non-compliance with the user manual.
12. Self-purchased parts are not covered, unless damaged on arrival.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, all repairs (including labor fees) and parts will be charged. The customer shall bear both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Others:
- KuKirin reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect or damage falls within the scope of this limited warranty. If a submitted claim is found to be outside the warranty coverage, we will provide you with a quote for the repair cost and return shipping.
- KuKirin reserves the right to update product designs or replace models with different graphics and/or colors. Product replacement is subject to availability. If an exact replacement is not available, KuKirin reserves the right to use refurbished or equivalently valued parts and products to fulfill any warranty obligation.
- During the use of this product, please operate safely and follow the provided instructions. KuKirin shall not be held liable for any accidents or damages (including personal injury or property loss) that may occur during use.
