Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy.
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from kukirindirect.com.

Eligible Products

  • New or lightly used products
  • Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

Return Process

1. Please contact our customer support team to submit a return request and provide a valid proof of purchase. To facilitate the review process, we recommend providing photos or videos showing the current condition of the product.
2. Once the return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a printable return label.
3. The product must be shipped back within 7 days after approval. After shipment, please notify us so we can follow up on the return progress.
4. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Due to the large size and weight of electric scooters, the estimated return shipping cost is approximately €50–€80, depending on the return location and the selected carrier.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, if it meets the refund conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that the actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Order Not Shipped:
    If a customer requests an exchange before the product has been shipped, any price difference between the exchanged products will be refunded or charged accordingly.
  • Order Shipped:
    If the product has already been shipped, exchanges will be processed as a return followed by a new order.
    Once the returned item is received and approved, the customer may place a new order for the replacement product.
  • Faster Exchange Option (Optional)
    If you wish to receive the replacement product more quickly, we recommend placing a new order after the return request has been approved.

Applicable Countries and Regions

This return policy applies to orders shipped to supported European Union countries, including but not limited to:
Austria, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, and Italy.
