How does my order get processed?

Orders placed on kukirindirect.com are fulfilled using trusted logistics carriers, including DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS.
Orders are typically dispatched from EU-based warehouses in Poland within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM, CET) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
